The project Engineer shall lead and execution of technical scope both electrical & mechanical systems, support the project manager with daily/ weekly updates & monitor engineering work of several subcontractors. He/ she should be able to validate the implementations with designs and suggest changes if practical issues arise. The candidate will need to have a wide knowledge on Building Construction and Data Center implementation and/or Mechanical and Electrical implementations and should have experience in large projects spanning over 24 months. He or she should have the capability to take technical related decisions at site and avoid repetition work. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt and work with multiple subcontractors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders including subcontractors and consultants, and coordinate amongst them to execute and the design and achieve timelines.
• Develop daily schedules and closely monitor the implementations of the subcontractors.
• Manage necessary changes at site, update the Project manager and other stakeholders.
• Closely work with consultants to carry out safety and Engineering best practices at site.
• Risk Management Plan (includes risk identification, monitoring, and response)
• Develop and manage the Procurement logistics interconnected with the project
• Responsible for time tracking and material usage at site.
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
• Present in Meetings and Monitor site resources
• Report any discrepancies roadblocks to Project manager and help take decisions fast.

Technical skills & experience

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• 3 to 4 years’ Experience in Electrical, Mechanical Implementations
• Deep Understanding of Electrical Engineering &  Specially in MV/LV and HVAC technologies
• CAD drawing skills would be an added advantage
• Communication and Technical Writing Skills with dynamic working Hours
