Job Title: Plumbing Engineer

Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- The ability to communicate at all levels Generally IT literate Clear communicator both oral and written
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the General Services Manager.
- Provide Planned and Reactive Maintenance, response & repair to offices & commercial Properties.
- Call out response & repair of all types of plumbing.
- Efficiently maintain and repair plant equipment.
- To carry out diagnostic, fault finding Maintain PPM Paperwork.
- To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
- Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.
- Very high ethical standards.
