Job Description
Our Client is a leading company into real estate in Sri Lanka.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Marketing/Sales or equal qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales
- Previous experience in property leasing, renting and sales will be an added advantage
- Should be a committed team payer who is resourceful, persuasive, dynamic and self – motivated
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft office applications
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written is a must (Tamil will be an added advantage)
Personal Attributes and skills
- Must be highly motivated and willing to take ownership.
- Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected.
- A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality.
