The Job
- Promoting and mobilizing deposit business both from individuals and corporate sector.
- Implementing and maintaining sales plan according to the guidance given by the management.
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Maintain close professional relationship with existing and new customers.
- Coordinating with branches and organizing monthly promotional campaigns.
Eligibility
- Passed GCE (A/L) with full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM/CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar capacity of a financial institute will be definite advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages. (Ability to speak Tamil will be a distinct advantage).
The ideal candidate will be Between 20 – 26 years’ of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
