Full-Time Engineering Manager
Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager for our well reputed client company located in Wathupitiwala.

Lead and align engineering teams to achieve highest OEE.
Apply effective troubleshooting techniques to rectify process and machinery issues.
Ensure execution of effective preventive maintenance program to improve equipment reliability in order to achieve production targets of the factories.
Lead the implementation of Maintenance Module in ERP system by timely compilation of information on machinery, spare parts, PM tasks and people.
Conduct feasibility studies Develop project cost estimates and take necessary steps to prepare proposals on improvements.
Execution of factory projects to meet the short/long term objectives of the company.
Conducts periodic audits on project performance and sustainability initiatives.
Prioritize and delegate tasks to the team while developing, inspiring, mentonng, and evaluating.
Create positive team culture while collaborating with cross-functional peers andleaders to deliver projects.
Adherence on safety, quality, budget specifications and develop preliminary engineering designs device specifications to deliver desired results.
• Be an effective contributor in development and commercialization of new products by giving
Technical inputs in order to reduce cost of production and improve manufacturability.
• Comply with all environmental, occupational safety and health policies and standards.
Maintenance of all buildings and facilities in accordance with global manufacturing hygiene
Ideal candidate should have,
A degree in Engineering (Mechanical! Electrical & Electronic/ Chemical & Process Engineering)
A minimum to years of experience ¡n similar capacity in the manufacturing industry.
(Experience In food manufacturing will be considered as an added advantage)
Hands on experience in state of the art process machinery with PLC control systems
Working Knowledge and experience in plant installations commissioning projects is a must.
Being a TPM certified practitioner will be an added advantage.
