Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic and innovative young talent with a formal higher education background and hands on experience to engage in development, customization and implementation for the Business Process Automation and Management Solutions at N-able. She/he is expected to help our technology neutral solutions approach to develop and support Business Process Automation and Management solutions in the areas of,
- Development of Business Process flows using Service Oriented Architecture style
- Composition of Business Process logic using Business Services exposed through a Service Oriented application infrastructure
- Development and composition of Business Rules to drive the Business Process logic
Successful candidate will get the unique opportunity to work with experienced and skilled professional services delivery resources in many of the above areas and offer technical contribution to the growth of Business Process Automation and Management practice. The selected candidate will be mentored and trained by veteran experts in this Solution Area and will be offered with flexibility and freedom of exercising his/her own judgment and innovative ideas in developing the Solution Practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibility: Development of Business Process Automation and Management solutions as Proof of Concepts, Pilot projects and contracted projects using mainstream Business Process Management platforms. Development will be on core process logic, rules and process monitor logic.
- Interact with customers and N-able sales team to offer expertise, convey insights, create compelling demonstrations, and gather feedback.
- Ability to think innovatively to come up with efficient, optimized and maintainable business process logic in Process automation and management solution
Desired Skills and Experience
- Mandatory qualification: Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology
- Mandatory skills/experience: At least two years of industry experience in software programming using Java Enterprise Edition and a sound knowledge and experience in developing Applications that consumes or exposes SOAP style of RESTful Web Services will be a mandatory requirement
- Sound understanding of SOA principles and their use and applicability in developing Business Process Applications
- Should understand and preferably possess experience of the concepts of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how to develop Process Applications in line with SOA principles.
- Should have skills and experience in at least one of the mainstream Business Process Management (BPM) platforms (Oracle BPM, IBM BPM, Pegasystem BPM)
- Experience in the use of BPMN for developing human centric process flows and BPEL for developing straight through processing will be a clear added advantage
- Fluency in English with experience in conducting technical presentations, effective customer conversations with a good command of English language
- Empathy and drive to take on customers’ data problems and goals as one’s own
- Hands on experience with mathematical, statistical and data mining packages
