Full-Time E-Com Helpdesk Executive
Job Description
We are on the lookout for an E-Com Helpdesk Executive for our well reputed multi-international client company located in Colombo 02.

Job Description
- Provide first-line (1st level) technical support.
- Help users diagnose the reasons for their problems and directly address the resolution of simple problems.
- If the problem is complex & required the internal/external supplier/vendor support to resolve the issue, (2nd level) communicate to the appropriate party and handle the job till it’s completed.
- Responsible for answering routine/complex enquiries via the interactive helpdesk function, email and telephone on a daily basis in a professional and swift manner
- Escalate complex problems either locally or to ITSC, Cyberjaya.
Essential
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure including network, application, systems and operational support
Technical expertise in: Help Desk systems, Existing local developments,Intel-based workstation and Server Operating Systems (Windows 7,8 and Windows Server 2008/2010),Desktop applications support (Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2013, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
Internet technologies
Windows Operating Systems for desktop solutions
- Previous experience in similar industry or other organizations as a supporting person
- Diploma in Information Services (or equivalent)
