Answering the telephone calls and follow up on customer database.
Assist students with program selection and guide students when help required.
Should be able to provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge on International studies, visa and qualifications in order to guide and instruct.
Key Requirements
Should possess GCE A/L.
Good command of English is a must (Oral & Written).
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in the field of Education would be an advantage.
Age 22 – 35 years.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability work to multitask and handling responsibilities.
School leavers also can apply.
