Job Description


To manage cordinate with day to day work of the Service Centers, attending customers when they arrive, after sales support related activitiesby effectively communicating with Customers and internal departments.


Customer Care

  • Attending to custimers on their arrival in the showroom.
  • Deal with customer complaints referred by front-line staff
  • Supervision of regular communication with customers on the progress of repair work.
  • Collecting customer feedbacks for all services obtained from Service Centres.

* Young, enthusiastic male & feamle candiadtes age 23 to 30 years.

* Flunecy in English a MUST.

* Minimum 2 years experience in front office. (Call center experience considered)



Salary – US$300 – 400/= + Free accomodation, joining & retrun air tickets, medical insurance,  Food allowance – US$120/=.
