Qualifications and experience
- Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word
- Should be willing to work on a roster including weekends
Job Role:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be assisting walk in customers with their inquiries and will be making sure the service standards are maintained with customers.
