Full-Time Customer Service Associate
Job Description
Our client provides outsourcing, technology and business/financial consultancy services to clients, powered by teams in Australia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and China. Specializing in small to medium enterprises (SMEs) from sole traders to corporates with annual turnover over $400 million, they currently serve a portfolio of over 800 clients.
They are looking for an individual who has:
– The ability to work under pressure
– Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
– Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
– Basic knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
– Working experience in the field of customer service would be an advantage
– Full/ part undergraduate or similar qualification in the fields of Management, Marketing or related
