Full-Time Customer Care Officers (Top Urgent)
Job Description
We are on the lookout for Customer Care Officers for our well reputed client company who is into Private hospitals located in Colombo.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 + OT
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment and a high degree of responsibility towards his / her role at the hospital.
- Have a pleasant and friendly personality and be customer oriented at all times.
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to make sound value-judgments.
- Should be open-minded, flexible and possess leadership qualities.
- Should be able to delegate, motivate and instruct effectively.
- Should possess a high level of discipline and organizing skills, be hardworking and methodical.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage.
- Previous experience in the service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is a must, while knowledge of Tamil would be a definite advantage.
- Should be willing to work on shift basis.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
