Customer Care Officer
Head Office – Battaramulla

● Punctuality and strong work ethics for corporate environment
● Respect and treat all customers in helpful manner
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
● Problem solving skills
● Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala
● Communication skills in Tamil is an advantage
● Minimum 3 passes for G.C.E A/L Examinations
● Age below 35 years
● Computer skills (Eg: MS Office & Google Documents)
● Priority will be given for the applicants residing around Battaramullla
● Technical background in Elecrical will be considered as an additional qualification
● Salary negotiable
