Candidate Profile
– Male/Female candidates between 18-25 years
– An individual with good communication skills and pleasing personality with Customer care “at heart”
– Good knowledge in MS office applications will be an added advantage
– Experience in Telco or customer service will be an added advantage
-Salary Rs 30,000 Plus Sales Incentives
Job Profile
- Responsible for serving frontline customers in order to meet their needs
- Maintain the service level standards in serving the customers
- Responsible for accepting customer requests and executing same
- Execution of promotional tasks and confirming a sale
