• Should have a professional Qualification in Marketing with a Degree in Engineering or Masters in Business Management
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience at a senior managerial level in a strong operational background
• Computer literacy with excellent marketing management skills
• Should have experience in FMCG/ consumer durable/ Building material/ Paints/ Polyethylene Foam/ Foil & Wrap industry
• Should have good PR & Leadership skills
• Should have good communication skills
