Competency Fit

As the Client Co-ordinator you’re expected to carry good Interpersonal and Communication skills in order to handle customers’ annual service and maintenance contracts with the concern of accuracy, effectively and efficiently.

Eligibility                                                              

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • A sound educational background.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding in handling customer calls, letters, emails, Invoices etc.
  • Above average computer literacy
