Qualifications and experience

  • A fully or partly completed relevant professional qualification
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a team leader or a relevant supervisory role
  • Should be highly fluent in English

 

Job Role

  • Supervising and directing call center agents
  • Ensuring a smooth process at all times
  • Making calls and fixing appointments with foreign clients

 

Personal Attributes and skills

  • Should possess goof leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills is a must
  • Loud and clear voice would be an advantage
