Job Role

As the Call Center Executive, you are responsible to handle the customers’ inquiries over the phone and support them to solve the problems.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • The ability to manage calls in Sinhala, Tamil and English languages.
  • Three passes for GCE A/L.
  • Above average computer literacy.

School Leavers are preferred.
