Job Role

As the Call Center Assistant, you are responsible to handle the customers over the phone and collect details.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • Ability to manage calls in three languages (Sinhala,English,Tamil)
  • Passed GCE A/L Examination.
  • Computer literate.
