Is a Leading company in Apparel Industry in Sri Lanka and expanded in overseas

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree from NIFT, BTech (Textiles), with specialization in garment merchandising from reputed institute.
  • Minimum 15-20 years’ of experience in similar capacity
  • Exposure in woven garment is preferred
  • Experience of handling product development, growing business as well as strong follow up on existing

Job Role

  • should be able to handle product development, growing business as well as strong follow up on existing business
  • contribute to the development and refinement of company vision and strategy
  • Responsible for handling production merchandising.
  • should be able to head 1 or more accounts for bulk order customers, average order ranging between 1.5 -2 lakh pcs per style

Personal Attributes and skills

·    Excellent communication skills

·    Excellent negotiation skills

·    Very good leadership skills and should be able to multi task

·    A good motivator
