This position requires establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of the company. Creating a plan to land the sale with clear goals; ensure sufficient sales pipeline size, and price to negotiate and create value for clients. Promote the brand image and value of the Company and offer clear value proposition to customers. Act as the face of the company and work in tandem with customer services / in house sales and other stakeholders to ensure that the customer is served to his satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduation/Post Graduation/Professional qualifications from a recognised University
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience from the relevant industry.
- The position requires excellent English in written and verbalcommunication skills
- Professional knowledge of Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Management execution.
- Good expertise of Sales
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and distribute relevant market development information to support existing businesses and development of new businesses.
- Continuously review the market for new business opportunities and activities and generate profitable business prepositions.
- Keep track of competitors’ activities, new business plans and customers also strategies for business expansion.
- To formulate and drive the commercial strategy for the company and drive the commercial side of budgets in coordination with the business unit heads .
- Identify develop and improve commercial processes, including coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
