BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Role

To critically analyze the performance of the business at all levels in an endeavor to meet business and other challenges successfully thereby aiming to soundly realize company’s business objectives in both long and short terms

Key Tasks

• Research and analysis business trends in terms of product and seasonal changes to gain competitive advantage.
• Develop company and team presentations based on company strategies and products for customers to maximize competitiveness and fulfill cluster capacity.
• Generate profitability report, liability report and cost of failure reports /evaluate and analyze reports to identify any issues in the business to ensure accurate accounting and management decisions.
• Assist the Director by Managing all confidential documents and files including files such as those pertaining to Customer agreements, etc.
• Provide information on capacity for planners , profitability analysis for management and other departments to provide accurate information to meet business requirements
• Follow up on projects initiated by the Business Director by providing updates on time in order to ensure successful project completion.

Personal Profile

• A first or second-class degree in Business Management from a recognized university, backed by part or full CIMA/ICASL Qualifications.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Age in the range of 30-35 years.

Essential competencies

· Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret the total array of business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
