Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Associate – Human Resources & Marcom for our well reputed company located in Colombo.

Maintain employee data/records.
Prepare HR reports and the periodic management presentations
Handle Marcom (Marketing Communication) related aspects
Perform general HR related functions (recruitment, induction & onboarding, training & development, leave, attendance & employee welfare etc
.

KEY REQUIRMENTS

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification
Should possess a pleasing personality with reasonable PR skill
Should possess a good command in both English and Sinhala language knowledge
Prior experience (at least 6 months) in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
Should be below 30 years of age.
