Full-Time Assistant Manager Planning
Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager Planning for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 02.

Key job functions.
Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity/ labour/ materials and prepare monthly production plan to achieve shipments.
Evaluate rolling forecast/ shipment movements and reserve production slots accordingly.
Support line managers by making production plans as per optimum utilization of plant capability to achieve desired level of plant Overall Equipment Efficiency (Plant OEE).
Design strategies to avoid possible shipment delays due to planning errors or in crisis situations.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites;
A degree or diploma in Manufacturing/ Operations/ Supply Chain Management or Engineering field or an equivalent qualification from a recognize university or an institution.
A minimum 03 – 05 years of experience in similar capacity in the manufacturing industry is a must.
Good working knowledge in Ms Office package and ERP Systems is a must
