Full-Time Assistant Manager Information Security

Job Description

Job Profile

  • Periodic IT security reviews, audits and vulnerability tests
  • Adhere to ISO27001 Information Security Management System Standard, PCI security standards, Baselines Security Standards, Regulatory and Statutory compliance requirements, any other applicable standards/ frameworks.
  • Provide strategic direction to enterprise level Information Technology risk management and governance functions
  • Manage day to day tasks responsible for deliverables, including Planning, creating and executing Information security plan
  • Professional Development and Research

 

Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Banking / IT / Service Industry with 3 years demonstrated experience in Information Security and compliance
  • Experience in a similar role in a global professional services firm would be an added advantage
  • A Degree or full / part qualification in IT / Banking from a recognized University
  • A globally recognized relevant industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, etc. is preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 standards
  • Abilitylity to take on challenges & work under minimal supervision
  • Attending multiple issues at a given time and ensure they are addressed adequatelyGood problem solving skills & achieve deadlines of tasks at all times
  • Good understanding of technologies such as TCP/UDP, PHP, Apachi, Joomla, VM ware, Cryptography, etc.
  • Knowledge of Networking and security devices such as Firewalls, IPS, IDS, WAF, APT, SIEM, etc.
  • Vulnerability assessment and Penetration Testing skills,
  • Hands on experience in VAPT tools ( Kali , Metasploit, Wireshark, W3af, Backtrack, Nessus, Nmap, ZAP, Acunetix, etc)
  • Good understanding of Operating systems ( Unix, AIX, Linux, windows, etc), different Databases ( Oracle, DB2, SQL, etc) , SDLC  and RPO/ RTO
  • Interpretation skills of vulnerability assessment reports
