Full-Time Assistant HR Manager (Mabima)
Job Description
Our Client is a leading diversified company in Sri Lanka.
Qualifications and experience
- Should possess a degree specialized in HR from a recognized university/institute or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of HR in reputed companies is a must.
- Experience in an engineering/construction company will be an added advantage.
- Should be familiar with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with all HR practices
Job Role
- Create and validate the necessary policy and process manuals for L&D and PMS
- Prepare and monitor the Learning & Development Budgets
- Validate the organization framework for Learning and Development – present and future needs capturing mechanisms and methods
- Work with OD team to ensure that the OD culmination and or for effective OD processes the appropriate training interventions are designed and rolled out
- Identify appropriate Learning or Training Management IT platforms and expertise in HRIS which can enable new and emerging methods of employee learning
Personal Attributes and skills
- Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
- Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality
