Job Description
Ensuring 100% budget achievement (Therapy wise, Product wise, Brand wise) with proper utilization of manpower available, product promotion
Managing distribution network
Understanding customer needs and effective execution of processes (RCPA, Doctor Call, Doctor Coverage, CRM, Strategy Implementation etc)
Managing team of Nutrition Officers, Coaching & Mentoring through on the job training during joint work, product knowledge for team, skill area detailing effectiveness, communication, influencing, relationship building
Focused brand performance
Inventory Management stockiest level
To ensure 100% compliance of company strategies
Increase the percentage of market share of therapeutic segment and products
Ensure consistent growth of market, control on attrition, training and recruitment, organizing meetings, forecasting, budgeting, C&F control
Periodic feedback to Senior Managers on their teams’ performance, reporting status, implementation of activities and analysis of sales data.
The Ideal candidate should
Bachelor degree with relevant experience & full qualification SLIM or CIM.
Over 3 years’ Area Management experience, in the field of nutrition.
Good communication and computer skills, fluent in English
