Job Purpose: Supervise, Control and prepare all food items in the assigned section of the kitchen so as to maintain food standards to the highest level in a cost-effective manner.
Qualification: Higher Secondary School
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge of food types, kitchen items and equipment.
2. Planning and organization skills.
3. Communication skills in written and spoken English.
4. People management skills.
5. Must be able to work shift duties.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working in a star hotel or airline catering unit.
2/ COOK- 5 vacancies
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist the senior cooks in ensuring the efficient production of food in the section as per the set standards, procedures
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Skills: Should possess thorough knowledge and skills in food types, kitchen items and equipment and must have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of similar experience in a large volume production facility or a catering background

JOB PURPOSE: Assist in the preparation, cooking and dishing of food while maintaining hygiene standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: Higher Secondary School
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a large volume production facility or a catering or manufacturing background.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES.
1. Basic English
2. 2 year experience as a Kitchen helper in a volume kitchen
3. Preferred experience in Catering
4. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Must be able to lift heavy weights up to 17 kilos.

8. Must be able to work in the ramp area during hot and cold weather conditions
