Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Admin Officer for our well reputed multi-international pharmaceutical client company located in Colombo.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/= – Rs. 30,000/=
Role profile
Support the smooth functioning of office administration, by coordinating varied operations such as staff attendance system, canteen operations, mail administration, outsourced staff management etc
Overlook technical operations such as company electrical equipment, office access control system, coordination with suppliers for servicing of office electronic equipment etc
Overlook the transport related operations of the company by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders, fleet management etc
Maintenance of the corporate mobile phone database, distribution and collection of mobile units & accessories and related original documents, monthly reporting of mobile phone over utilization etc
Personal Profile
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Three passes in the core subjects of A/Ls
A part / full qualification in automobile technology would be advantageous
Minimum two years experience in a similar role.
