Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Admin Assistant for our well reputed client company located in Ratmalana.
Job Description
Take inventories of Stationeries and other items.
Maintaining client accounts.
Visiting clients when needed.
Providing general administration support to internal staff.
Work Attributes and Qualifications
Good GCE A/ Level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good PR and Computer Skills.
Age 22 – 35.
Sound Knowledge in Microsoft office Package.
Previous experience in an event management company will be an added advantage.
