Job Description
We are on the lookout for a “Admin Assistant “for our well reputed client company located in Kalubowila
Responsibilities
undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Requirements
Females are encouraged to apply
1 – 2 years of experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
