We specialize in production of various series of functional hardware, including ball bearing slides, under-mount drawer slides, soft close ball bearing slide, hinges and other hardware products.
Our company has been in this industry for more than 13 years, mainly supplying the North American markets via direct customers, authorized agencies, trading companies or distributors. We have also built and maintained good relationships with our customers. Products have been sold to many countries and enjoyed good reputation among them.
BTL is certified by ISO 9001 quality system which means you are assured of consistent quality in every BTL product. We have our own internal quality control system (internal inspection, cycle test lab, salt spray equipment) to ensure that our products are conformed to related industry standards. With the advanced equipment and well-trained staff, our products are also verified by ANSI/BIFMA and have passed SGS tests. Our Factory
We have our own factory, R&D teams and production line dedicating to develop new products. In addition, we have over 15 years’ OEM experience with our clients so that we are adept in designing products based on clients’ requirements. Our factory is covering 9,000 square meters, including 7 automatic roll forming line, 70+ sets of punching machines a 4 packing lines, and tooling workshop for plastic tooling as well as metal tooling.
