My whole journey from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport with Aeromexico was enjoyable and stress-free. Despite being such a big global airport, the Aeromexico Airlines FCO Terminal design was effective and simple to use, permitting rather rapid check-in and security. Particularly at the check-in counters where they patiently addressed passenger questions, Aeromexico’s staff were quite friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. With clear directions and staff guiding travelers well, the boarding process was carefully organized. The terminal was modern, sanitized, and had plenty of seats, which helped to make the wait somewhat more tolerable. There were also great dining and shopping options nearby—perfect for killing time or grabbing a fast snack before boarding. One great advantage was charging stations’ regular availability and WiFi’s reliability. I found the terminal to be quite lovely since it maintained a sense of overall calm and order—something not always found in huge airports. Flying Aeromexico from FCO, you should look forward to a peaceful and pleasant ride from check-in to departure.
