 Our Client is a Travel Arm of a Leading group of companies in Sri lanka

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Qualified in G.C.E  A/L
• IATA Certified Professional Qualification in Airline Ticketing and reservation
• Fluency in English & computer  literacy
• Knowledge in GDS (preferably in Amadeus )

 

Job Role

• Take responsibility  for serving corporate and FIT clients by offering a full range of innovative travel products to meet their requirements satisfactory  
• Providing advice on travel destination and options to client , requirements , quick , accurate and effective fares, follow up reservations and conclude sales
• Undertake and perform non sales functions to enhance services and contribute to smoother functioning of the division.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Should be able to under pressure
