Full-Time Senior Executive HRIS
Job Description
Qualifications and experience
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a degree in Information Technology with a background in HR
- Minimum of 02 years of work experience in HR with HRIS exposure or in an HRIS service providing company in a business analyst or similar capacity.
Job Role
- Supporting the implementation of the new HRIS.
- Acting as the HRIS Administrator once the system is fully implemented
- Enabling HR Analytics
- Supporting Head Learning and Organization Development to roll out Group learning initiatives.
- Supporting the Mercantile Sports activities of Hamas in a team manager capacity.
