Full-Time Sales General Manager
Job Description
Our Client is a multinational company that has been in operation since 1989 providing luxury and fully serviced office spaces for people to work. Founded in Belgium they are operating more than 120 countries.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- Profit and loss background with ample of Managerial experience
- Excellent communication skills
Job Role
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Personal Attributes and skills
- Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
- Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality
