Eligibility:
To be successful in this role you would need to satisfy the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L.
- Ability to speak all 3 languages.
- Oral Communication skills – Should able to speak in a clear & concise manner under varying circumstances.
- Experience in working in call center environment would be an added advantage.
