Network Engineer – VOIP

Our client is a particularly well positioned services company based in Australia and one of their branches located in Rajagiriya – Sri Lanka

The Job

As a Voip Engineer, you are responsible for Make modifications to the platforms as requested by the customers and Resolving any voice/phone related issues customers may report

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems+
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.

Technical Tools and Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the call flows and calls routing and dial patterns.
• Strong experience in Asterisk voice and Cisco CUCM
• Good technical and problem solving skills.
