HR Executive – Training & Development
Our client is a largest apparel exporter in Sri Lanka which engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing end-to-end apparel solutions for global fashion super brands.
The Role
- Ensure timely implementation of employee development plans
- Coordinate training programs
- Preparation of the manpower budget
- Effective execution of the succession plan
- Preparation of relevant statistics reports
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
