Job Profile
Responsible for establishing HR policies and procedures linked to business
direction
Establish robust performance management system for the organization
Build an efficient HR infrastructure to deliver value to internal customers
Responsible for talent management and succession planning in order to develop
and retain talent
Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive
salary levels
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HR in a reputed company is a must
Should possess a degree specialized in HR from a recognized institute or equivalent, MBA will be an added advantage
Partly or fully qualified in Business Management / CIM
- Personal Attributes and Skills:
Should be below the age of 35 - Strong and excellent communication skills
- Possess excellent problem solving skills
- Should be conversant with all aspects of industrial labor laws and must be familiar with all HR strategies and administration processes
- Should possess strong organizing and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse ideas to any level of the hierarchy
