Senior Executive – Corporate Pre Sales
Position Summary:
The job involves working with client services & Sales team to provide high quality proposals & solutions for the IT services needs of the clients.
At least 2 years of IT industry experience out of which 1 year in a presales, Bid management, Technical consultant or Project management role is preffered
Responsibilities:
- Bid management, managing RFI and RFP processes end to end covering commercial, contractual & some of the technical aspects
- Ensure compliance to specified pre-sales processes and templates.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge repository of reusable components, Case studies & editable images/diagrams.
- Prepare and deliver winning proposals & proposal defense presentations to support sales efforts.
- Perform comparative analysis of solution options for the customers.
- Ensure that solution design proposed and the proposal are in accordance with current best practices and industry standards.
- Provide responsive and quality support to client services teams with scoping, estimation, technical content, and overall solution formulation by liaising with Practice and Delivery teams.
- Achieve & improve win ratio on the bids.
- Perform proper proof reading and sanity check of proposals to ensure accuracy/quality and flow of content.
Skills Required:
- Capable of understanding the big picture- storyboard, win themes based on the interaction with Client Services & Sales team and set the tone for the proposal.
- Excellent proposal writing skills. Should have the ability to articulate and write original content including draft Executive summaries.
- Good articulation, verbal & written communication skills. Must have good networking and team building skills.
- Experienced in the usage of the MS Office suite- Word, PPT, Excel and Visio. Capable of creating high quality visuals & diagrams in line with client requirements.
- Process and quality orientation, including understanding of the all the phases of SDLC, Project Management, Development methodologies (Agile, Iterative, RUP etc.), Estimation techniques and latest trends in the outsourcing industry
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to support pre-sales activities.
