Assistant Manager- Trainer
Our client is a global performance improving company and a leader in sales and technical training, e-learning solutions and management consulting. The selected employee will be hired for an international bank located in Colombo.
The Role
- Obtain materials and necessary trainer accreditations to deliver the required courses
- Supporting/Co-delivering classroom/outbound leadership training across all business lines
- Regularly meeting customer portfolio to understand current and future challenges
- Constantly evaluating & reviewing the alternative training delivery channels to achieve training requirements
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- 2-4 years’ exposure in arranging/coordinating training programs preferably in multinational companies.
- Ability to interact with overseas Clients /Trainers and to communicate effectively at all levels and across functions.
The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
