Requirements
- Education: GCE O/L and GCE A/L
- Mandatory should be fair knowledge in IT ( Office Package)
- Communicate fluently in English and Sinhalese (Tamil language will be a advantage)
- This will be a desk job
- With similar experience
- Female only
- Age 18- 25
- Unmarried
- Working Time 8.00am to 5.30pm on weekdays.
Job Description
· Answer calls, record trouble shooting and issues
· Provide solutions, Refer to superior when authority is needed
· Coordinate with other departments and branches (IT/COD/Accounts) to provide solutions
· Record, Provide solutions, Follow-up until customer is satisfied.
· Extract reports and data needed to monitor the product.
