Job Description
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 05 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Coordinator/Confidential Secretary preferably in a bank / financial institution
Completion of a diploma / relevant qualification in the secretarial field
Special Skills
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with staff at all levels, clients, Directors and Regulators
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
Job Profile
- Provide secretarial / administrative assistance to DGM – Legal’s Office
- Prepare the first drafts of the Board, BSC and Nominations Committee meetings based on the meeting notes kept by the Company Secretary
- Coordinate with the Corporate Service Unit and CEO’s Office to obtain the approved minutes
- Provide administrative support services
- Coordinate the CBSL statutory examination and compile the examination report
- Provide assistance to the Corporate Services Unit & Legal Department
- Provide assistance to the Board Members and Corporate Management
