Full-Time Software Developer (Operational Support)
Job Description
Working hours will be 11am – 8pm Monday – Friday,
Responsibilities
To provide support and development of applications to resolve helpdesk requests.
Manage your helpdesk queue recording actions and resolutions and keeping others informed.
Analyse issues, design, and build solutions to the issues, proactively identifying and fixing application code.
Design/write test scripts and conduct regression testing, when required.
Follow industry standards for supporting software applications, including strict version control, code peer group reviews, documentation of code, standard naming conventions on all database tables/fields, etc.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent, from a recognised university or institute.
2 years (minimum) experience after graduating, in .Net technologies with a sound working knowledge in C#, .Net/.Net Core, MVC, MVVM, Entity Framework and Web API.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
First- and second-line development support
Ability to self-manage and work independently with minimum supervision.
