Job Description
One of our prestigious Clients’ who is a Multinational “IT Company” is looking for “Customer Service Executives” to work in their Colombo office immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our case management system.
Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing).
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Capable of managing stressful situations.
Handle international customers.
Working Hours: 2.30 PM – 11.30 PM
