Job Description
Experience & Qualifications
- 05 years experience in Banking / IT with exposure to Databases & application servers, branch servers & domain controllers.
- Demonstrated Exposure in Oracle database management, maintenance and administration.
Special Skills
Demonstrated experience in PL/SQL and SQL skills.
Job Profile
- Manage, Maintain, and administer all databases.
- Provide administrative support and maintaining the banks’ enterprise database systems and associate services in a timely manner.
- coordinating with system / security administrator, establish and manage user access, and design and implement user environments.
- Maintain backups of the databases, monitoring of the backups.
- Maintain documentation about all potential solutions, including work-arounds, bugs, patches and permanent solutions.
- Creates solutions, FAQs and coordinates training and user support documents for end users.
- Ensure all issues are logged, resolved wherever possible on first call routed to vendors for timely resolution, prioritised, tracked for follow up.
