Applicants must possess:

  • Proven cooking experience
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods and ingredients
  • Food preparation and cooking (Sri Lankan/Indian menu)
  • Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
  • Food serving
  • Able to speak Sinhala and Tamil languages
  • Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidates
