Full-Time HR & Office Administrative Officer
Job Description
Work attributes;
- Assistant job of HR Executive and Office Administration.
- Handling recruitment documents & it’s data entry work.
- Attend to employees EPF & ETF matters.
- Support to prepare monthly payroll in the company.
- Carry out all the required administration work.
- Office hours working days 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. & Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple work.
Qualifications;
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with minimum 6 subjects (“English” must be passed).
- Passing A/L examination is advantageous.
- Fair knowledge & practice in MS Office Word & Excel with Sinhala unicode typing is advantages.
- Preferably living within 15 Km to Kiribathgoda.
- Experience of handling EPF/ETF related matters.
- Having experience in the similar field would be an advantage.
- Age limit 25 to 50 years male candidates only.
