Qualifications and experience
 3 passes at GCE A/L examination,
 Excellent communication skills,
 Good business judgment and decision making ability,
 Good computer literacy
Job Responsibilities
 Formulate the right plans and offers that can give customers the incentives to stay with
the company,
 Communicate with the customers and help them in whichever way it is possible,
 Relieve calls from customers and solve the different queries that they may have.
 Keep track of the emails that the customers may send and reply them as early as
possible.
